International Shipping — We ship worldwide!

$18 AUD - 0 to 500 gram parcels

$28 AUD - 500g to 1kg parcels

$40 AUD - 1kg to 2kg parcel

$50 AUD - 2kg to 3kg Parcel

 & $ 10 AUD extra per 1kg.

 

International customers (outside of AUS) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. 

 

Returns & Exchanges 

 

All items purchased from Crystal king Australia are carefully with care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. However, regretfully from time to time your items may be damaged during transit. 

For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us at hello@crystalkingaustralia.com.au within 72 hours of your receiving your parcel. Refund or store credits will be issued at the discretion of Crystal King Australia.
